Brown fat is metabolicly active fat with lots of mitochondria. It burns white fat for energy. Most tend to lose it with age. Cold thermogenesis increases it, and "browns" some of your white fat which helps with over fat burning & weight loss. It is a secret weapon in fat loss. 😎
Blue Light is a wavelength of light that has many affects on health. Artificial light from our phones, TVs and computers contain high levels of blue ligh that dysregulate hormones like leptin & cortisol and disrupt Circadian rhythm. Studies have shown links to obesity and people, including me, have had good results using blue blocking glasses, apps, etc. It's all about hormones!
